I live in Hammersmith, West London, and here we have quite an impressive landmark, Hammersmith Bridge.

Apart from newer pedestrian only bridges, Hammersmith Bridge is one of only 3 suspension bridges crossing The Thames - the two others are Chelsea Bridge and Albert Bridge. Both Albert Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge are a bit weak and heavy traffic, such as double decker buses, are not allowed to cross the bridge.

Hammersmith Bridge is without doubt the most photographed object in and around Hammersmith, I have literally taken hundreds of pictures of the bridge. When you take a stroll along the Bridge you often meet fellow photographers.
